Today’s curriculum focused on the foundational pillars of a successful school environment:
* Classroom Management Skills: Led by our Early Years and Grade 1 & 2 Coordinators, this session focused on transforming classrooms into structured, joyful spaces where every child feels safe to explore.
* Effective Communication: Developing strategies for building authentic, professional connections with students, parents, and the management team to ensure a cohesive school community.
* Supporting Every Learner: Our school counselor, Ms. Saadia, delivered a vital session on Handling Emerging Learners. This provided our staff with both the empathy and technical strategies needed to support diverse learning journeys and ensure no child is left behind.
