On 1st November, a Child Development Workshop was organised for the students of Insight International School, Shaikpet. This innovative cognitive training program for children has been developed by the Brighter Minds team. Their mission is to inspire and equip every child with tools and methods to enhance cognitive functioning for achieving personal excellence. The representatives from this organisation, Mr. Pavan, Ms. Swati and a volunteer student Sumskruthi conducted various brain training exercises like identifying colors and guessing different playing cards while remaining blindfolded through intuitive abilities. The students also participated in some relaxation techniques while using both their hands simultaneously but with distinct movements. They were also motivated to engage in regular exercises for optimum brain- body development.
Most importantly, the students were encouraged to be happy at all times to enhance their brain capacity and draw out their true potential.
All in all it was a beneficial workshop which will be extremely helpful for the students to develop certain qualities like patience, empathy etc in the long run .
