We cannot comprehend this world without colours, can we? To teach the tiny tots of Insight, Shaikpet, about various colours, Colour Week was organised. Each day the students turned up in a dress of a particular color and this color scheme was integrated with flowers too.
The children were shown different flowers and explained the various colors associated with them like blue and green colours in Blue Bells and Green Carnation respectively. They also learned about some other flowers like chrysanthemum, tulip, daisy and lavender etc.
Each day the kids were presented with an exciting colour activity for one particular flower such as sponge dabbing, finger tip printing,ear bud painting and paper crumbling etc.
All the students had an enriching experience during this whole week and it came to a fitting end with a Show and Tell Activity on the final day.
