The essence of Ramadhan is through fasting and submitting our will to Allah SWT. To inculcate this value in the young hearts of our Little Insighters, an Islamic Story Telling session was organised at Pre-Primary Shaikpet on 13th June 2018. The story was about a little girl Leena, who accepted a party invitation from her friend Julia inspite of fasting for Ramadan. Her friends enjoyed chocolate icing cake and lemonade while Leena enjoyed riding on pony and playing on swings. At iftar time, her mother surprised Leena by making her favorite dish. Even Julia along with her family visited her, bringing along a yummy chocolate cake since she could not have it during the day time. This made Leena all the more thankful to the Almighty for the abundant blessings. After this beautiful story narration, students were given lanterns as takeaways. They wished EID MUBARAK to their friends and teachers and went home with a bright smile on their faces.
