The management of IIS, Shaikpet conducted a Teachers’ Enrichment Programme on 10th November at the school premises from 9 a.m till 4 p.m. The two eminent speakers for the day were Dr. M.K.M Zafar and Prof. Siddiqui M. Mahmood.

Dr. Khalid spoke about Motivation, Team Building and Positive Thinking and conducted various activities conducive to the talk.

Professor Siddiqui focussed on empowerment of teachers and inculcating confidence in them to achieve their vision and goals.

The whole training session was in fact an enriching experience for the participants and a much needed platform to motivate the teachers as we have commenced the second term in academics. We are thankful to the honourary speakers for their time and interest in their effort to bring about a change in the attitide of our faculty members and for giving them a positive direction to pursue their organisational as well as individual goals. Our school Principal Ms. Hafsa concluded the event with the vote of thanks followed by the felicitation of our English language teachers Ms. Mahrukh and Ms. Arshia by Mr. Siddiqui for their participation in the recently conducted ELT Workshop at Secunderabad.
