At Insight International School we have a Student Council Body comprising of Students from grade 8 & 9 .
They are elected by the All School students.
Interested candidates express their ideas and ambitions towards improving school in Assembly.
A fair polling is conducted and students vote for their favorite contestant.
Results are announced and grand Investiture ceremony is carried out.
Being elected on to your high school’s student council provides you with a unique opportunity to grow as a person.
Not only do you get to advocate for your student body and pursue causes you’re passionate about, but you also get the chance to learn from others and develop skills.
Roles and Responsibilities of Student Council.
- To officially represent all the students in the Institute.
- To identify and help solve problems encountered by students in the Institute.
- To communicate its opinion to the Institute administration on any subject that concerns students and on which the council wishes to be consulted.
To promote and encourage the involvement of students in organizing Institute activities.
