Empowered Teachers, Thriving Students: A Transformative Workshop at Insight International School, Shaikpet We were delighted to host an enriching workshop on the theme "Empowered Teachers, Thriving Students" at Insight International School, held on 30th April 2025 aimed at fostering a more dynamic and impactful learning environment. This session brought together our passionate educators for a deep dive into strategies that empower teachers—because when teachers feel confident, motivated, supported, and inspired, students flourish in every aspect of their development. The workshop was expertly facilitated by Mr Ahmad Fakhri and Ms Jamila Samiyan, whose expertise and engaging approach offered our teachers valuable insights into effective classroom practices, emotional intelligence, and student engagement. Through interactive discussions and hands-on activities, the session reaffirmed our belief that the foundation of every successful student is a motivated and well-equipped teacher.
